General Sir Peter Wall

General Sir Peter Wall is a retired British Army officer who served as the Chief of the General Staff, the professional head of the British Army, from 2010 to 2014. Commissioned into the Royal Engineers in 1974, he has commanded at numerous levels, including the 1st (UK) Armoured Division in Iraq in 2003.

After retiring, he co-founded Amicus, a leadership consultancy advising businesses on strategic leadership and high performance.

  • General Sir Peter Wall will share insights from his military career, focusing on the elite level of mindset required to maintain focus and achieve high performance in challenging situations.

    He will discuss the importance of adaptability, decisive leadership and cohesive teamwork, giving you valuable lessons that can be applied to both personal and business scenarios.

Jen Wagstaff is a Sales, Mindset and Public Speaking coach and founder of CreativeMind Training. She started her career in sales and was promoted to global sales trainer at FedEx, spending four years creating and delivering sales training for the 1500-strong sales and leadership teams across EMEA.

Since starting CreativeMind, she has consulted, coached and trained over 3000 people in 6 continents and over 40 countries. Her happy clients include Amazon, the NHS leadership team and Asics.

He joined Thrive when it had just three customers, and played a pivotal role in scaling the brand to a multi-million pound business, serving over 400 customers worldwide with a team of 170 employees across seven countries.

Throughout this journey, Josh has expanded the commercial and revenue teams while successfully closing large enterprise deals with Global 500 brands.
